April 5th At Black Sheep at 6:15pm :Under the Sea (Clams, Oysters, Scallops, and Mussels) Live Class Learn about the most delicious bi-valves under the sea. Learn about how these delicious treats are rasied and what types to buy-or avoid. Each group will sear their own scallops (see the difference from fresh and frozen). Shuck 2 oysters and try one fresh while grilling the other. Make the best mussels in a Thai and tomato sauce. Make the perfect New England clam chowder with fresh clams. Paired with fresh bread.
