April 6th Virtual Class: Under the sea Servers 2-3 people: (Oysters, Scallops, and Mussels) Live Class Learn about the most delicious bi-valves under the sea. Learn about how these delicious treats are raised and what types to buy-or avoid. Each group will sear their own scallops (see the difference from fresh and frozen). Enjoy a tomato and garlic broth pasta for the mussels with homemade pasta. Each kit gets 8 oysters, and enjoyed grilled and/or raw, 6 Scallops and 2 lbs of mussels!
(WE SHOP) meals means we provide the ingredients which can be picked up at The Black Sheep, at 210 W Whitewater Street, Whitewater, WI 53190. Pickup the Monday before between 6:45pm and 8:00PM or on the Tuesday of the class between 2pm and 6pm. Feel free to call and we will run the box out to your car. Then you take them home and prepare them following the live stream, our service will allow communication with the chef and culinary team for guest questions.
