We are excited to team up with Tattersall to create this 5-course meal. Each dish is paired with its own unique cocktail created with Tattersall’s top-notch spirits and liquors. We will incorporate habanero bitters, rye oak barrel chips, and barrel-aged honey.
Tattersall is local, created in the North. They have recently decided to move their headquarters to river falls, WI. By using locally sourced ingredients to distill each bottle, Tattersall ensures that their products are created by quality, local farmers around the Midwest.
Our Projected Menu
Course 1: Pear and goat cheese bruschetta topped with fig dressing and honey
Course 2: Warm Kale salad – Kale lightly cooked in a maple wine vinaigrette, with roasted squash, goat cheese and dried cranberry
Course 3: Curried squash soup topped with a pickled onion and beet relish. Garnished with cilantro and candied pepitas
Course 4: Roasted apple dijon chicken thigh with brussel sprouts and root vegetables
Course 5: Pumpkin creme brulee with brown sugar crust topped with candied pecans topped with spiced whipped cream
