Wednesday, January 22nd Under the Sea (Clams, Oysters, Scallops, and Mussels) Learn about the most delicious bi-valves under the sea. Learn about how these delicious treats are raised and what types to buy-or avoid. Each group will sear their own scallops (see the difference from fresh and frozen). Shuck 2 oysters and try one fresh while grilling the other. Make the best mussels in a Thai and tomato sauce. Make the perfect New England clam chowder with fresh clams. Paired with fresh bread.
